True - great feat to avoid bogie though - even Hoffman had two bogies.
ive backed him.. so praying he can shoot low today and get right in this mix. hoff shluld come back to the field
I'm going to agree with the leaderboard and say the second best round yesterday was McGirt. 69 on a tough day in your first ever Masters round? I'd say that beats Sergio's effort.
As a punter, I admire guys who muck in against adversity. Take Brian Stuard for example, or more importantly take Spieth or Kaymer who had 7 bogeys and a double bogey on Day I only to finish R2 at 2 over. Compare this to the 'idioscyncratic messing' that people like Bubba and Shane Lowry indulge in and you might see my point.Good Question.
