main bet is m fitzpatrick, a good 3rd in this last year when looking like the winner for most of the event.
others backed.
j donaldson
e pepperell
c lee

good luck all.

I think I would add another youngster to the Fitzpatrick bet. Jon Rahm did not play well bar one round last week and will be closer to home territory this week. So those 2 against the field.

Sullivan for me. Can't really understand why Pieters is shorter. He's the class act in this field and in very good form.
Report UnlikelyWinner August 18, 2016 11:03 AM BST
T.Pieters -7 with 3 holes to play, hope he keeps his head and stays there until the end
Report ashleigh August 18, 2016 11:39 AM BST
t pieters double bogey.
j donaldson +6.Cry
Report UnlikelyWinner August 18, 2016 11:55 AM BST
Donaldson having a poor round looked as if he was coming into form. I keep saying it but if Pieters can sort his head out he will be amongst the best in the world. Shame about the finish D.Bogey and par. still clubhouse leader at moment happy with that
Report ashleigh August 21, 2016 11:42 AM BST
will t pieters win this today?, played very well again this week, hoping m fitzpatrick can go really low.
Report ashleigh August 21, 2016 11:43 AM BST
Whoopssees pieters bogeyed the first and the pack closing.

Pieters is one frigging choker

D+D REAL Czech Masters - 156 players are set to tee it up at the Albatross Golf Resort in Prague where the 2018 Ryder Cup points race gets underway.

Three of the most promising, young European Tour stars line up at 7.55am on the tenth tee in the form of Renato Paratore, Jordan Smith and Dylan Frittelli. All three are 27 years old or younger and whilst they have taken different routes to get to the Tour, each have picked up their maiden victories already this season. Paratore at the Nordea Masters, Smith at the Porsche European Open and Frittelli in a play-off at the Lyoness Open powered by ORGANIC+.
Immediately behind the young trio is the defending champion Paul Peterson, who will try to become the first player to successfully defend the title. The American won here last year by a single shot over Thomas Pieters for his first victory in just his 23rd start on Tour. His reward this year is an opening round tee time at 8.05am with Ryder Cup stars Lee Westwood and Jamie Donaldson.

There is also a Ryder Cup theme in the group at 8.15am on the tenth tee with the 2016 captain Darren Clarke playing alongside 2018 Vice Captain Robert Karlsson and 2014 Ryder Cup rookie Stephen Gallacher. The trio have 28 wins and more than 275 top tens between them as well as a combined 29 matches played in the Ryder Cup.
Champion two years ago, Thomas Pieters, tees off in the afternoon on Thursday at 1.05pm with Matt Fitzpatrick 18/1 and Martin Kaymer for company. Kaymer will make his tournament debut and will no doubt be seeking guidance from his playing partners, who have both finished in the top five here in each of the last two years.

As for last week’s winner Julian Suri, the American will look to make it back-to-back wins when he tees off at 12.55pm on the first tee alongside John Daly and local Czech player Filip Mruzek. Daly made the cut here last year and finished in the top ten in Denmark last week. At 51 years old he would become the oldest ever European Tour winner if he could take home the trophy in Prague on Sunday - Euro Tour Devil

these boys arent very good are they ?
Report Mighty Whites 2008 September 3, 2017 3:50 PM BST
the thing is par they are very good in the big picture.

I went to a clinic with lee slattery a few months ago and his short games was fantastic. Watching him hit different types of shots for an hour or so just highlighted for me how good they are, Slattery is only a journey man pro but compared to even a scratcg/plus golfer he was still impressive
Report xmoneyx September 3, 2017 4:01 PM BST

The D+D Real Czech Masters debuted in August 2014 and the four winning scores at the Albatross Golf Resort were -14, -20, -15 and -13. Now in its fifth year, this is a very low-key week that's all about trying to make an impression for the Ryder Cup team.....Anyone for the big-hitting Belgian Tommy Pieters @13/2 clear fav.
