Hard to see past the top two. still, am on Sneds, Finau and have to have a crack at this Michael Johnson kid at big odds. trying to get his card so will be treating this as a grand final while others are using it as a warm up.

Was just thinking the same Jedi. His price is madness, even if he does finish -6 or -7
|

Its still utter madness,,after a double hes well under 5 2 2.....

Oh dear,Long weekend ahead!

@jedi....... after 1 st round it seems that The Kooch and Sneds may be worth a few quid. Going in, I was a Day backer at the odds, just trading his price for a few days. During the round, I went for a snooze and half listened to PGA Radio, which is a great help before live tv coverage. As Dustin strived for his pars at holes 1 and 2 and the commentators throwing stats out that the afternoon pairings were getting it tougher with a breeze and fast fairways (some comment when dusty still has 16 holes to play. my earlier lays of Dusty at around 6.0 and 6.2 were well balanced at a hopeful 7.2 and 7.4 I had pre ordered before my snooze. So now Dust is my winner (at present). This method worked for melast week when I loaded all from Phil to Henrik. Currently.... D.J. + €378.12 Jason - €588.27 and field standing me + €111.35. Am playing trade on Day this morning as he willbe in last groups this evening. Feeling we could end up with 2 leaders this weekend again but as I said, Kuch andSneds are a bit of value just now.

2.6
![]() ![]() |
By:
Its because he is starting on the back nine, this course is way lopsided
|
By:
looks like it will be significantly windier for the later starters. The likes of DJ and Rahm could well be looking very nicely set by the end of round 2.
|
By:
That 2.6 for DJ after looking a bit wonky now, making a proper meal of things. Maybe DJs habit of starting strong then fading hasn't quite been shaken off by the major win.
|
By:
Much tougher and windier this morning than it was yesterday morning.
|
By:
Made a 10 footer for double. Can't say I feel sorry for the 2.6 brigade, getting what they deserve IMO. Meanwhile, a speculative 30 bucks on Barnes between 210 and 260, he goes alright when courses play tough till the inevitable meltdown.

Big Dustin back to being as dumb as Forrest Gump again.

dearie me, what an exhibition

On the comeback trail big Dusty

By:
Got to give it to him. 4 over through 4 holes, and now looks very likely that he'll be level after 11. Mentally a different player now it seems.
|
By:
Seems so, this is impressive stuff.
|
By:
-2 for his round now and leading on 8 under. Better back now than he was at 2.6 odd earlier today, yet a bigger price.
|
By:
Wind likely to pick up for the afternoon starters???
|
By:
Already picked up a fair amount according to pga radio. Forecasts suggested it would as well.
|
By:
Cheers otb
Hoping for gales starting in about 40mins ![]() |

Fleetwood's a bit annoying isn't he.
|
By:
Day starting to play like a guy who is here for the sponsors but wouldn't mind a couple of extra days at Baltusrol.
|
By:
Dusty on side now due to him being half asleep on front nine yesterday, managed to take my rather LARGE lay back at favourable price.price now same as yesterday, better proposition now me thinks..
|
By:
Greened out on Barnes thanks to the Mr Lumpy who left a strangely large sum up unattended at 38. it was there when Barnes was -7 and still there at -5. Very odd. Anyway profit on List, good odds considering the position. Can match DJ for length over those closing par 5's. Only play to make atm besides lumping on DJ.
|
By:
Taking note for next time Kelly Kraft is in contention.
|
By:
All hell breaking loose.
|
By:
List down for a 5 on 12 with a penalty, did I miss that?
|
By:
I'm happy. All green for a change.

If so DJ must have enjoyed watching that.

If one listened carefully to Jason Day post round interview, he was more than hopeful that the leaders might find it toughening up on the way home. Looks like he may get his wish. Sneds may lead into last round yet and Kuch wont be out of it for tomorrow.
