anyone any experience of golf in Turkey ??

It would be very hard.....i do put some cloves of garlic and an onion in the Turkey.....butter under the skin....makes the Turkey taste better.

Jersyboy Get booked up you will have a great time go to the Belek area wonderful golf courses and excellent 5 star hotels try and get a package hotel + golf there are some amazing bargins to be had one thing you should take into account is the heat if you are going in the summer months it gets up to 50C at times have a great time

Yes, it's a great place, but this year just go somewhere else.

all the bad publicity will bring the prices down !!

I'd rather pay twice the price to go somewhere that me and mine would be relatively safe.

we stayed in the cornelia diamond. it was absolutely fantastic, all inclusive deal, all the booze was top notch, at least half a dozen restaruants, all good. the only downside was that outside the hotel there was nothing.

the golf was top notch, if you play the faldo course play off the back tees or you'll hit it through all the doglegs that he seems to want to incorporate into about 80% of his par 4's.

i've got to say it was by far and away the best value i've encountered on a golf trip anywhere in the world, i don't know how they are doing it at the prices they're charging, i reckon they must be getting a big subsidy from somewhere,

we went in october and the weather was perfect for golf.
