Out of the blue - Just closed my account and returned funds to my bank.

Originally said I had self excluded (from Lads) which just wasn't true.

When pressed further ...

"Decision reached by our risk and compliance team that your account will not be reopened"

"This is a GVC company exclusion matter, non specific"

Nothing dodgy on the account ....I am restricted to as good as nothing by both Lads and C .

Anybody heard of anything similar ?

Have not been closed but a couple of years ago, they put me on a permanent 10% commission.

I've just closed mine myself - withdrawal facility never works, always errors up and refers to helpdesk - they couldn't solve, hence ...

The site seems very vulnerable to errors. Hard to log in, video won't work etc.

OP contact them and state that as they clearly had incorrect information implying that you had a gambling problem, you want them to provide all the info they hold as required under data protection legislation. 

A poster on another forum had his account shut by pkrstars because of wrong info on his account.

Yes - Thanks Dave - I've asked for a full report on all information held by all GVC companies.

Head of compliance rang me  "Account reactivated ...Sorry .. incorrect ID info - Closed in error "  ...Mind you - They had a few opportunities to spot this before the full information request went in.
