If any other company treated its customers as unfairly or with such contempt it wouldn't last 5 minutes but if your more or less a monopoly like betfair you can do what ever you want. If there ever did come a day when this wasn't the case the way they are and have treated their customers will come back to haunt them.

You bring bad news Lanza - they raid your account without letting you know what they are taking?

id imagine westender they might tell you to adjust the p/l date search thing to include the dates required.  Then you'd have some idea how much you won in the qualifying period and go from there.

Still no sign! Shocked

I keep my own track of any premium charges owed so it doesn't really bother me but there should have been contact from Betfair about the problem.

They seem to be too busy developing the next downgrade,  so dont have the necessary manpower to address real problems that inconvenience their long term loyal customers.

Have they actually informed customers yet what the problem is together with an anticipated timeline for resolution.

The Betfair Customer Service does appear -1 out of 10

I contacted them by email and specifically asked for a copy of 22/6 to 28/6 PC portal and they've sent me 29/6 to 5/7 which I can print for myself.
