Not sure how to read this game as there isn't too many past games to draw upon. A draw doesnt hurt either side but a win would help either side to finish Top 2 in group given Belgium is in group.

Hagi probably the only World class player they've produced, Bulgaria the same with only Stoichkov unless you considered Berbatov World class.

looking at the porjected line ups, this Ukrainina team should be winning, far more talented attacking players.
Ukraine are too short. Teams are more evenly matched. Neither score or concede many. Could be the first 0-0.
Ukraine ranked 22, Romania 46 behind Scotland. I was surprised by learn this.

Interestingly on Fantasy Ukraine (£6m) were the most picked team (52%) and Romania (£5.6m) the least picked (8%). I backed Romania to finish bottom of the group. They got some decent results in qualifying but they are easily worse than Albania on paper. Ukraine have some top class players. Game is not one on paper ofc

this is like a league one game. Shocking lack of quality. Belgium get easier groups than England. Romanian bus well and truly parked.
Unders has been pretty high throughout which seems crazy.

Ukraine having to play Zinchenko at LB (for Mykelenko) has left midfield craft rather lacking..
Nearly every 'top class' Ukranian player is a fúcking imbecile when they have a simple decision to make. Mudryk the worst of the lot. The two full backs are mugs too. You can add the keeper to the list now as well.

Only joined the game with 10 mins left of first half. From what I've seen Romania look very good for their lead
Ukraine are rattled right now. The delivery to the final third has been woeful today.
can not win a war can not win a football game.....things a bit bleak for the Ukranians

Had to take a loss on this one. Would never have seen that score-line coming. 
Lots will have lost on this one. As I stated near the beginning of the thread, was surprised to see the rankings. Could have had 3-0 at 180. There'll be a few more so called upsets along the way. The bookies seem to go heavily on the rankings leaving room for error.
He has a mare every game. One of the most braindead footballers I've ever seen. Arsenal bought Trossard for £20m instead of him. Dodged a serious bullet there.
good to see sensible amounts of added on time in this tourney, so far. Nobody wants an extra 11 or 12 minutes of this kind of game.
Glad I was only allowed £100 on Romania to finish bottom. Would've had £1k if they'd let me. Dennis Man 2 assists and his run created the third goal too, but no goal, just to rub it in.
ah well, plenty of games to come. there's no accounting for a goalie having a brain fade, especially if he's done well at club level.

never get much in European stuff...PL is largely on it's own with so much added time.

I think it's just a more sensible approach by Euro organisations compared to the EPL who want refs to interfere more than they need to. Also VAR seems to work better and quicker on the continent than it does in England.
English officials have abdicated personal responsibility, in the box, to the responsibility of VAR. That impacts heavily on the duration of a match.
