all I've read thus far is bad review after bad review, now it could be operatives from other betting companies fending off competition, so what is your experience before I think about signing up with these mugs, can't move without hearing or seeing Chris Rock shouting it's Showtime at me. Top complaints seems to be bad customer service, very hard to withdraw any winnings, faulty app, casino games r1gged and made to jump through hoops when verifying identity.

There was thread in March discussing BetMGM, refer to that. I think it would be fair to summarise, they were enticing new punters in with some excellent Cheltenham offers, but with the ultimate aim is to encourage punters to start playing their casino games. i.e. a loss leader. The Cheltenham offers were excellent thou and almost any savvy punter would have made some profit. I had no problem getting money out, but in my case the Cheltenham profit was small as mostly used the account to arbitrage bets with Betfair & Bet365. Not using them anymore as no more decent offers (not even for Aintree) other than trying to win the Vegas trip when I can be bothered to log in for 60secs.
As far as I can determine they did not do a soft/hard credit check when I opened the account. However I have recently received a "Your gambling activity has been high recently" email from my bank and the only accounts I have transferred into are BetMGM & Betfair. Maybe coincidence, but I have never received an email like that before and have transferred higher values into Betfair in the past. |

The Golden Wheel is worth doing daily for free spins or % bet boosts.
They've had other 100% boosts on Cheltenham, National, Boxing, Darts £20 max stake. Reasonable enough unless you're addicted to slots/casino. |

I've avoided them due to the appalling reviews I've seen and Storm Alert's post is the sort of thing I would not wish to be involved with.
I've been on BF since day one and I have never received any dialogue regarding my account in all that time. |
