This match'll put an end to Arsenal's wee challenge. Then Pool and City will battle it out for the title.

Massive game for Arsenal. Manage to get at least one point and they can probably banish last season's collapse to the bin and feel they now have enough to go toe to toe. Lose though, and they might just fade away again.

AFC deffo can't afford to lose this.
A win & they're in the race - that's it.

From a Liverpool perspective, is a draw a better result than either team to win ? And if either team should win, is it better if its Arsenal or City ?

Liverpool  not beating City when they should have really makes it feel like the inevitable will happen and City win on the weekend and go on to the title. Would be shocked if Arsenal won there. 4.5 seems mighty short indeed.

Surely Pool want an Arsenal win. City most likely to go on an absolute winning blitz so them dropping points would be a big boost for them.

City can win the title but I'd be amazed if they weren't stripped of everything they've won in the last 5 years.

Cheats.

Putting allegiance aside for a moment, Arsenal absolutely have to win to stay in title race. A draw might make it a bit more interesting between City and Liverpool, imo they both have a slightly easier PL fixture list than Arsenal. all three teams Arsenal are going to have to contend with a right fixture pile up in April and Man City easily have the best squad to deal with this. Arsenal have been  as low as 4.1 to win the PL in the last few days and that looks a solid bet to me to make some money.

My prediction assuming City beat Arsenal and no teams have bad slip ups (Arsenal are the most likely to slip up late in season):
91pts Man City
88pts Liverpool
85pts Arsenal

I'm not so sure. You have to expect Arsenal to bottle it, it's in their DNA, but I feel they have the momentum to get something out of this game.

Arsenal are odds on to lose on sunday. Then they have two PL games in the following 6 days. Their following game against Luton is more important to their title challenge than the game on Sunday imo.

Arsenal are good enough to get a positive result at Man City.  It's all in the mind.  If they go there believing in themselves then they'll do well.  If they get overwhelmed by the thought of Man City away then they'll struggle.  Based on their performances against Man City earlier in the season and Liverpool home and away I think they have a better handle on the psychological aspect of football than previous Arsenal incarnations.

If Arsenal win the next 10.. It's in the bag.. imo. I really believe that.

Should be a tight game, VAR could be motm again, sadly..

Arsenal were better team before the break, just,
Citeh at home, Arsenal rested players over internationals,

I'm tempted to back Arsenal.

always interesting after an international break as to the condition of the players and any who have travelled far or played at altitude

Perhaps Under 2.5 goals? Currently 2.16. If 0-0 after 30m, then trade.

11/10 Man City is tempting despite a couple of their key players are injured. The home advantage is significant, and City could take full advantage; Arsenal have a few key players doubtful too.
