I have a suggestion. Like relegation in football.

For each match one gets wrong, one loses a pick the next week. i.e. If it had been in operation this week:

I got 3 right and you got 2 wrong so I would get 5 picks next week and you relegated to one. In the event of a tie, no change the following week. What you think?

Then following week back to 3 each and on and on.
