Well, I've backed Royal Rhythm in the 3.05 Huntingdon, I had made a note after its excellent win at Wetherby a couple of months ago. 10lb condition jockey I suppose is why it trading at bigger than 7/2 on the exchange.

OP sounds like he's suffering from vitamin deficiency, try 100mg vit C and highest vit D3 you can afford, get more exercise and fresh air, increase veg and get some proper meat, try steak and lamb.
