And it's not just football or just channel 4. I remember a 5000 metre race commentated on by Steve Cram
where the first 5 minutes or so all he talked about was 'Mo this and Mo that'. No reference whatsoever
as to who was leading the race etc.

That's putting it mildly! No Dion. It's YOU that keeps getting it wrong, not the referee.
There he goes again. Referring to England as 'we'.

Dublin totally inept. He was sure it wasn't a penalty , it was , and no surprise to anyone as var was there. Then he can't see the offside on Grealish when the first replay makes it obvious. Complains that var took two minutes to spot the offside when if it had been up to him he still wouldn't have spotted it 10 hours later. Then he praises Rashford as a superstar when in fact he is nowhere near the player he once was. Rashford blasts the ball 15 yards wide at a free kick after Dublin is wetting himself in anticipation. His response is, well we all know what Rashford is capable of , do we ?Then the new lad has the ball taken off him like candy from a baby and Dion tells us how well he has played. He hasn't . Then we all go on about how England are undefeated when we should be wondering why they struggled against lowly Malta and can't beat a 3rd tier European side in N Macedonia.
Didn't watch the game as we are utterly tedious to watch at the best of times
