I;d be amazed if Newcastle weren't at full strength tonight and can't see anything other than a straight Newcastle win.

Soton/draw is 2.30 and that's a fair enough punt.

Don’t have a strong enough view on tonight’s game to have a punt. Should be a good game and I’ll enjoy watching as a neutral, though as a first leg may be cagey. Saints in with a chance of taking a slender lead at home if Ward-Prowse struts his stuff - always a footballer worth watching.

Has to be said that Eddie Howe has done a remarkable job, though he’s had some financial backing. This time last year, Newcastle were languishing in 19th with 11 points. That’s quite some turnaround.

Can Wilson play wide left of the front 3 and Isak through the centre?

It would give them much more goalscoring threat. Joelinton long term isn't a threat and his skill set, ball winning, physicality, workrate seem better suited to midfield.

Lots of lovely Unders at the weekend, including no less than three 0-0's. Happy Tempted to go again with 0-0 to trade.

Shocking and dangerous tackle by goalie resulting in a concussion, no free ? and no card !! Surely dangerous play. Bit like that German goalie tackle years ago.

Are Betfair allowed to reverse all bets around thecSaints goal on exchange?.
By:

When: 24 Jan 23 21:59
I think so, bets voided when suspended pending VAR, as far as I know, but I still can't understand what VAR is trying to achieve

Laid Newcastle.

Saints score so I cash out a not suspended market. Lock up profit.
4 mins later Var change mind disallow goal.
4 mins later Betfair reverse my cash out.

Now a loser….
Seems wrong to me.
