Apart from united v arsenal game, the Premier league has been a complete damp squid of viewing this weekend.
European super league is the Premiership said the outgoing chief exec of juventus.
Well if this is the super league, the quality of viewing is a big turn off.
Marketing man will do well to sell this as a European super league, the likelihood of a English winning team of the champions league look slim as they all look in transition period
City still favs for the CL btw rightly or wrongly...Bayern and Madrid are certainly not in a golden moment...
Madrid's win last season was bordering on a miracle they were out played so much..
bit selective to pick one week...super league should be a turn off for anyone...City still favs for the CL btw rightly or wrongly...Bayern and Madrid are certainly not in a golden moment...Madrid's win last season was bordering on a miracle they were
The view in Europe is that the super league is happening beneath our very own eyes.
If that's so, then I can't see what so super. The standard of heart and passion this season as Pep said the other night seems somewhat stale. This isn't just city. The vast majority of top teams seem like they need revamping

pretty sure Pep was just after getting a reaction from his players...which seemed to work..
European teams seem keener on Super League as should be no surprise as many one and two horse races in European leagues ..you can argue that of the recent PL...but PL could be a 5 or 6 at a time if big teams get it right around the same time...
all the while the PL is pulling ahead of other European leagues on revenues so inevitably more desire in Europe for Super League..

Arsenal man u was a great game..didn't watch any other prem game apart from my team on a dodgy app. If you watch all the live games you're gonna see a lot of crap imo.

I should think if one League was going to be described as the Super League it would be La Liga. Aboout a dozen UCL wins this century and pretty much all the worlds best players want to play there and end up there. Wasnt so long ago we had MSN v BBC in the classico, which is surely the worlds biggest club game.
The shocking waste in the EPL, loadsamoney for bang average players is almost scandalous. Outside of the top 6 or 7 clubs I wouldnt back any of them in Europe. I would take Celtic or Rangers to see off any of the prem mid table clubs. And I would think they would have a pretty decent chance against Spurs, Liv and CHels, the state of them at the moment.

Serie A, Eredivisie and Ligue 1 are far enjoyable leagues personally. Feyenoord have been involved in belters past two games league and cup, that have far out entertained the usual dross in the prem. even Portugal, South America and EFL are more enjoyable. La Liga is a bit dull similar to the premier league.
