I don't know why they assume that taking pens in the end where your own fans are is an advantage.  I know Rangers didn't pick that end, the referee tossed a coin to decide it, but there was a big cheer from the Rangers fans when he pointed that way.  My theory is that it just adds to the pressure and the jeering and waving etc that the opposition gets helps them concentrate on the task. I'd like to see the stats.

Tavernier had a rare off night as did most of the rest of the team.
Goldson sleeping at the equaliser and Ramseys penalty was appalling.
Thats the reality and well done to Eintracht winning what turned out to be a poor game.

Having said we did exceptionally well in getting there and put out 2 better German teams than Eintracht.
Wasn't to be and GVB will have a taSK on his hands raising the spirits for Sunday.
Good on the fans, over 100,000 followed the team to Seville and deserved better.

The Cup is on Saturday 3:00PM, not Sunday auld yin, yer getting worse

Hardly a proper days rest for sevco after playing extra time and pens in excessive heat, not ideal preparation for their only hope of some silver wear this season

Well done Rangers fans who appear to have been welcomed by the Sevillians and were largely very well behaved.  Seville will now have a great impression of Glasgow and Scotland.
Celtic fans won awards for their conduct, hopefully Rangers fans will too.
