Usually a sign that they have been tipped off he isnt starting. They know punters arent going to withdraw their stake so they get the money in and know punters will spend it anyway.
sometimes they're ok for an interest but didn't fancy todays. the original 1/3, 1/8 etc. odds, that are supposedly magically boosted to evens, are obviously complete BS
