The reason being that we are all converting to American "English" nowadays.

I watched the Man City v Palace game, albeit on a stream, and our man Joel Ward and co totally snuffed Grealish out. So much so that midway through the second half, and with Man City trailing 1-0 to Zaha's early goal, he was taken off by Pep.

Hardly the formm of a £100 million man I wouldn't have thought.

Have to say from what I've seen of him as undoubtably talented as he is he often doesn't do that much.  There's always been a big cry from England fans "Why isn't he picking Grealish"? but when he plays is he really that good?

Of late he seems to be being criticised again and also I think it's such a shame that the slightest touch, a gust of wind and he falls over.  I know all players cheat and make the most of it but he's something else.  I think fans would admire him more if he cut that out.  If he's reading this now he's probably fell off of his computer chair crying "Foul"

PS:  I hope he's no good against United today ........... please!

difference was at villa he looked a good player in a bad team, now he's just one of several that could play in his position and a few of them are better than him
