Have to say I found it all a bit boring.  Heard it all before, a few tears here and there and all that scientific stuff I think is complete nonsense.  All the advertising by the betting companies too, so what?

Bottom line is if you are too stupid to say 'I've got to stop this' then ultimately it's down to you.  We all like a bet on here and have all had big losses I'm sure but money is a major commodity in life obviously so ultimately you must realise you need it for a home, heating, food, clothing etc so if you're losing the money that can't supply that you really need to stop.

PS.  I've backed Portugal tonight to win by Under 4 goals!

average person out there doesnt understand gambling........they might drink and at least see that they get something for their 5 quid........they will see a footballer earning millions, chucking it away, who has a great job commentating for sky........what can you do for him?........nothing.

Keith Gillespie comes across as a lot more genuine than Merson... as someone has already said on here.. Merson has been milking this for years..
