ive definetly layed scotland for 300 quid few weeks back, but not showing up any bets on that market on my screen, anyone else ?

The problem is Betfair have incorrectly settled the Group D to qualify market when it hasn't finished! Our bets on Scotland are still shown in our account lists of bets, but not on the market as that is "settled"! If you post bets they also don't show up as matched/unmatched or reduce your available balance, but do appear on the market for trading! It is a shambolic mess and needs Betfair to unsettle the market. As they have no phone helpline any more I have tried online chat with them hours ago. Unsurprisingly the issue was not easily understood and taken away to the technical team to look at. Still no action.
