Switzerland have been the better side as well with a couple of glorious chances,this is a poor performance from England U21s yet all the media hype of what talent we have we are losing to the Swiss not a France,Spain,Italy or Germany this is pathetic yet again

Lost 1-0 never even looked like scoring and 4 previous H 2 H we have won 3 and drawn 1 against the Swiss, why are we so Poor ? this was a shocking performance and if Boothroyd thinks we can beat Portugal and Croatia playing like this he needs to wake up

Sick of the media harping on about all the young talent we have,where are they ? they never show up in the Euro under 21s thats for sure and its as though Spain,France,Germany,Italy,Holland etc don't have there own young talent

He has a good record in qualifying games for the tournaments but once we get there we are absolutely shockingly bad and the buck stops with him and its funny that multiple winners Spain,France,Germany,Italy,Holland,Russia don't have any problems winning it after our last success in 1984, we need to learn how to win this tournament before we can even think about the bigger one as this losing mentality in tournaments is being entrenched in the younger players who may go on to the World cup in later years.

Half time and after an encouraging start we went ahead 1-0 courtesy of the referee as that penalty given to us was an absolute joke and you would be raging if you were on the wrong side of that decision,since then i am afraid Croatia easily the better team and we will do well to actually win the game never mind trying to win by 2 goals as to what maybe required if Portugal defeat the Swiss.

Did not deserve to go through too little too late and another Shambolic tournament just like a repeat from 2 years ago by the manager Aidy Boothroyd who has learnt nothing from how he set up his team for the tournament 2 years ago,please turn the lights off on your way out
