I've always considered this league our most entertaining so it'll be nice to start a proper thread on it
Stoke at 12s for the title my first bet on it this season, hopefully throughout the season I can look to land some overs in individual games and also to get involved in games on every match day
Derby turn up for another game and its another pathetic stunt pulled for a call off
If I were them I'd be going fooking ballistic about this, I'd be demanding forfeits from now on in when this happens
Knox, yeah its no good for overs this league found that out early on, its been awful this season

Brentford going along nicely at the minute, long way to go though
Top 6 after game 28 1 Brentford 57 pts (Hit the top for the first time fair play they look good)2 Norwich 553 Swansea 53 (played 27)4 Watford 485 Reading 486 Bournemouth 45Bottom 619 Coventry 31 pts 20 Rotherham 29 (played 27)21 Sheff Weds 2822 Derby
All dried up in the Derby match thankfully, they don't do goals Derby usually so thankfully it stayed that way
I think us and them might well be climbing away from the trap door now

Cardiff flying up the table under owd Mick as well
Bristol City getting smashed 6-0
Its so tight down near the bottom anyone up to 12th could be dragged down there eventually, all the teams at the bottom are the form sides

Barring Birmingham, and Wycombe are pretty much gone despite winning today
Birmingham are so bad at the minute its tragic, a shot on target needs to be screenshotted regards to them

I have been trying to tell you for a while how bad Bristol City are and could still go down. I have no pleasure in appearing to be right Talk of appointing Hughton then appointed Dean Holden, a great guy but a man sadly way out of his depth

Haha million dollar question Sont. Don’t even start me on that one! Problem way higher than the manager. Guess I just have to accept we’ll always be a football backwater, even with a billionaire owner

Good results for us really if they stay like this, Derby winning isn't such a bad thing as they out the bottom 5 anyway
Boro now turned it around Bristol City losing again Good results for us really if they stay like this, Derby winning isn't such a bad thing as they out the bottom 5 anyway
Sheff Weds and Hudderfield losing, its getting quite close to mid table sides being dragged down there, esp with the poor form of Bristol City and even Luton as well
Coventry and Birmingham for me look like joining Wycombe though, both are very poor
Bar that one we've come out well tonight really Sheff Weds and Hudderfield losing, its getting quite close to mid table sides being dragged down there, esp with the poor form of Bristol City and even Luton as well Coventry and Birmingham for me look
Derby a tad unlucky tonight, lost 2-1 but the goal chalked off, which has usual is just ridiculous, somehow a goalie barging his way off the line and into the back of the attacker (yes he had his back turned to the GK) is somehow a foul against the GK the mind boggles sometimes
Blatant handball near the end not deemed a penalty either,

And GKs should be banned from coming out their little area, attacking players should be banned from entering it
That was the original rule anyway but fook it eh make it up as we go nowadays

TWO (repeat TWO) attempts on target for City already tonight, plus gained a first corner for 3 matches. TWO (repeat TWO) corners now. Glorious stuff. My money’s on Forest tonight

I think you should hire him perm and he'll soon have fat lazies like Martin out the door
Hope we can do the biz tonight and push well away from trouble
Big game on Friday....

The reason I chose it is because I was watching a Tennant episode with my niece (babysitting for the sister) the night before signing up to the forum, and it stuck in my head
Wish I could change it ffs

Always nice to win against Warnock. He reckons we’ll hold a minute’s booing at Ashton Gate when he dies! Forest goal would be nice for my account balance.

10 points clear of the bottom 3 and we're now tough to even create anything against, so solid so can't see us anywhere near bottom 3, should finish nicely mid table and build for next season
Derby also similar to us so can't see our game on Friday being one for the neutrals

Seems to be clearing away the c*ap now but I always thought we'd see an upturn after a few months under him, was awful to start with but slowly became tough to beat and score against

McCarthy done very well at Cardiff. Ipswich fans wanted him gone and look where they are now. Cardiff’s run proves anything is possible and the season’s not dead yet for mid table teams. Our form in the other direction also. Couldn’t see where the next point was coming from until Tuesday. Still can’t quite believe we got Pearson in.

Pearson is a great appointment at this level. I know he did poorly at Derby but they were never going to be the right fit for him or them, a snoopy owner was always going to end badly for both parties
Bristol City is a better fit in my opinion
