I've always considered this league our most entertaining so it'll be nice to start a proper thread on it
Stoke at 12s for the title my first bet on it this season, hopefully throughout the season I can look to land some overs in individual games and also to get involved in games on every match day
TWO (repeat TWO) attempts on target for City already tonight, plus gained a first corner for 3 matches. TWO (repeat TWO) corners now. Glorious stuff. My money’s on Forest tonight

I think you should hire him perm and he'll soon have fat lazies like Martin out the door
Hope we can do the biz tonight and push well away from trouble
Big game on Friday....

The reason I chose it is because I was watching a Tennant episode with my niece (babysitting for the sister) the night before signing up to the forum, and it stuck in my head
Wish I could change it ffs

Always nice to win against Warnock. He reckons we’ll hold a minute’s booing at Ashton Gate when he dies! Forest goal would be nice for my account balance.

10 points clear of the bottom 3 and we're now tough to even create anything against, so solid so can't see us anywhere near bottom 3, should finish nicely mid table and build for next season
Derby also similar to us so can't see our game on Friday being one for the neutrals

Seems to be clearing away the c*ap now but I always thought we'd see an upturn after a few months under him, was awful to start with but slowly became tough to beat and score against

We've pretty much got a boring final few months to the season now

McCarthy done very well at Cardiff. Ipswich fans wanted him gone and look where they are now. Cardiff’s run proves anything is possible and the season’s not dead yet for mid table teams. Our form in the other direction also. Couldn’t see where the next point was coming from until Tuesday. Still can’t quite believe we got Pearson in.

Pearson is a great appointment at this level. I know he did poorly at Derby but they were never going to be the right fit for him or them, a snoopy owner was always going to end badly for both parties
Bristol City is a better fit in my opinion

Going for the full monte, but these games are usually turd and end up 1-0 or 0-0
The big one tonight The sheep vs the famous club I'm going overs, Forest win and BTTS Going for the full monte, but these games are usually turd and end up 1-0 or 0-0
As a fan I'd a 0-1, but it could turn out rather good from a betting perspective if we get the 2nd early doors 2nd half and leave Derby chasing it. All 3 could land then.

You must have got a decent price Sont. Overs must have been well over odds against? Had a nice win off your boys in midweek. Hopefully they land us both a few quid tonight.

Please lets hope VAR never comes to the championship as that goal by Kasim Richards would have been chalked off by VAR as when the Forest player attempted to clear the ball it hit KR about his body and deflected up and hit his elbow then bounced favourably for him to hit a great goal however not a good goal for you Sont, this is the madness of VAR

Derby would and should have had a penalty first half though roache so it evened itself out really
A draw was about a fair result to be honest, although I couldn't see them scoring at all

We're improving and getting more solid, teams are finding it harder and harder to break us down
It took an iffy one tonight to undo us. Definite positives on the defence side, although we do to improve in front of goal
Didn't like the sitting deep 20 minutes into the game though
Knockeart needs to be signed up in the summer

Birmingham winning after turning it around and Rotherham losing
We're pretty much safe, nice boring end to the season
Sheff Weds 0-2 at HT losing 3-2 now Birmingham winning after turning it around and Rotherham losing We're pretty much safe, nice boring end to the season
Well we nearly always have low scoring games with Swansea, apart from the odd 5-0 or 7-1! I don’t think you were ever in serious danger Sont once Hughton took charge

It took us a while to get any sort of consistency under him but I always thought we'd be fine once he had a transfer window to bring in some of his own players, we look much better after January
Still an outside chance for playoffs for you guys now

Haven't seen Madhatter around for a while hope he's ok
Gotta be thinking Cardiff beat Derby tonight, chasing playoffs and something like 7 wins in 8 games

Penalty at end for Swansea absolute disgrace cheating diving but the PC brigade at Sky won't call it for what it is stating Oh he went down too easily and of course we get a clueless naive gullible ref willing to oblige FFS

Hi SS, I'm still around....and thanks for your concern mate.
Yeah, we were lucky to get to HT without being a couple down, although in all fairness our keepers only had to make two decent saves (one was very good) for all your pressure. We improved a lot after the break and the goal certainly knocked the stuffing out of your guys.
Dewsbury-Hall was a star for us again (but he's only on loan from Leicester until the end of the season ) and the new lad up front (Adebayo) looks potentially a very astute signing. The other good thing we've discovered in the last couple of matches is that our right 'winger' (Jordan Clark) seems to be a much better right back! He has just had two excellent games in a row.
Have only missed watching one of our games so far this season (the home victory over B City) and our recent slippage has been due to often playing well and not got the points we deserve from a match or - several times - we have been clueless and atrocious!!
Congratulations on your boys recovering from their very worrying start. It was looking as though we were gonna replace you in the relegation scrap a couple of weeks ago but we both now look destined for mid-table anonimity hopefully!
Take care, Cheers, Mad.

Good to see your well mad. We've lost 1-0 again today, can't score sadly and getting what we deserve at the minute.
Back in the mix again now
Derby losing again as well, swings and roundabouts

Barnsley could match Villas run a couple of seasons ago of 10 in a row, who else has done that in this league in the past? I'm sure Reading must have gone close in their record points season under Coppell?
Swansea seem to be getting some right decisions lately, the one in midweek as well Update for top 6 1 Norwich 76 pts (Pretty much gone Zzzzz )2 Watford 663 Swansea 65 4 Brentford 635 Reading 606 Barnsley 57 (On a ridiculous run, 7 in a row I think fa
Also a special mention to Rotherham, who have become fond of getting their games called off this season, they have like 3 or 4 games in hand over the teams above them
