I placed a bet yesterday on 45 points or in the bookings market on this match and there was five yellow cards. One of the Yellow cards came in injury time , so betfair are saying it doesn't count which is ridiculous and settled it as a loser.

When I got on to Betfair they said the traders decision is final ?????????

I have successfully managed to get them to reverse the "final" decision of the trader on a small number of occasions, you need to be persistent with your argument, keep it civil and fact based and they will eventually come around.

I started my chain of communication via Twitter, they are reasonably efficient at responding on that platform.

It then escalated to e-mail where they made me a settlement offer.
I stuck to my guns and was finally settled in full.

Just had a look at the match summary on flash score and they clearly show five yellow cards.

Now, one of them was issued to Postigo after he had been substituted, but it was still a yellow.
The final card was in the 95th minute, but still a yellow.

I can understand how it may be that a settlement error was made, but an error it was.
Very similar to my disputes, operator error which they subsequently corrected.

Your case looks solid, good luck in getting them to see sense.

The guy had been off the field for 7 minutes when he recieved a yellow(83mins-90mins)

Without looking closely at the rule book I think 4 bookings is correct.

if he was on the pitch before the final whistle was blown it's not a debate.
