Help needed for Portugal v Switzerland under 2.5 market

I wonder if anyone here can help me. I placed a Lay at 2.04 for under 2.5 goal, straight after the second goal went in around the 57th minute. When I looked after the game it showed my bet had lapsed as it was unmatched, even though the 3rd goal wasn’t scored until the 88th minute. Now I’ve never seen a situation in that particular market where supposedly a Lay hasn’t been taken up at around Evens into the 88th minute. I feel it’s just not possible that it was unmatched, so I wonder does anyone have the systems where they can look at historical data for that game or is anyone aware of the price around the time of the 3rd goal. I just find it impossible to believe in a market that was very liquid that it hadn’t been matched. I even saw the following night’s game England v Holland that at the 90 min stage (2 minutes later than day before’s third game), the prices were quoted as 1.25/1.26, which is what you’d expect so late in the game. It just makes no sense that 2.04 was still available at the 88th minute in the other game. Surely there was a problem with the system. Hopefully someone can help. Thanking you in advance

did you back instead of lay in error , only thing i can think of .

Only a guess - but I wonder if you have been a victim of BF not having yet come up with a sensible policy for dealing with VAR?

I.E. market was suspended and all bets (including yours) were cancelled at some point between 57 mins and 88 mins. Just a guess.

Yeah I thought that might be the case but the bet wasn’t voided which would have happened in that scenario, it lapsed and was supposedly unmatched, but I’ve never known this market to be as high as that where 2.04 isn’t matched a long time before the 88th minute

Which is around exactly where you expect it. But as far as the “traders” are concerned they say it went unmatched even at the 88th minute. It makes no sense and that’s why I asked here, just in case anyone did something then or if they are able to look at the historical data
