I take the point as in 'Big Dunc' when he was at Everton, but I guess the default assumption would have been that he was also 'white' so mentioning that would have been superfluous.
IMHO motty is not a racist, though I do think he was sloppy in his choice of words here in this hyper sensitive politically correct age we live in.
