Chelsea not inplay

No idea.  I was wondering this myself.  I put £35 on and can't trade out!

I don't know why it is suspended but seen it before sometimes on lesser traded games. These games often tend to swing between suspended and unsuspended during the match for reasons beyond my knowledge.
