How come they have a feed to run the match in-play on the Sportsbook and NOT THE EXCHANGE.

We are witnessing animal farm where the pigs became humans and Betfair become a Bookmaker

Im cashing out for a big loss and emailing them to close my account perm. Im not dealing with these amateurs anymore.

Does anyone ever actually complain to Betfair about this or do you all just moan about it on here and nothing get done?

I've made my comments known to Betfair about these matches, particularly one live on sportsbook and not exchange, but if other people don't bother, then they simply won't care. Not that I expect they will really anyway, but the only way to make any progress is actually let Betfair know how you feel.

I have complained but they do nothing.

All excuses and no action.

This must be a managerial decision to push more business to the Sportsbook.

I've posted before Westender, that Betfair say they use different types of feeds to manage on the sportsbook rather than exchange. I guess it's because it's their own money at risk on the Sportsbook, whereas not on the Exchange if they make a mistake.

I sure as hell am complaining, I will leave an email and a wish for my account to be perma  dissolved. Not keeping any money with these anymore.

I tend to agree. But that's there explanation to me.

It doesn't entirely figure either, when sometimes you can watch a stream on Bet365 (which is regularly severely delayed anyway) and the market not suspend until after you see a goal on there. Two weeks ago, they didn't suspend a market when a penalty was given in Mexico for up to 15 seconds. Did I get my money back - did I sh!te.
