PSG have no option but to attack having lost the first leg 3-1 at home and Barcelona only know how to play one way, attack and win. PSG have travelled to Spain for 5 Champions League matches and their record is W1, D2, L2. However, they have scored and conceded in all previous 5 matches in Spain. In their last 12 Champions League matches against French opposition, Barcelona have W7, D4, L1 and should win tonight with PSG having no option but to attack.

The second match could prove trickier as Porto defend well and hold a comfortable 3-1 lead from the 1st leg. However, Bayern will blitzkrieg them from the kick off and the Porto defenders are in for a tough night. Having bet Porto at 3 figure odds to win the Champions League, I hope they qualify but to do so they will have to score at least 1 goal in Germany to stand a decent chance. If Munich get an early goal, Porto will have to change their game plan and go for that elusive away goal. Can`t see them stopping Bayern from scoring despite their solid defence and a 2-0 win for Munich will be good enough to take them through on the away goals rule. IMO Bayern will win the match and Porto must score to have any chance of progressing.

Doesn`t mean to say it will happen, but at odds of approximately 9/1 on the double with some bookies for Barcelona and Bayern to WIN/BTTS, it looks a damn good bet to me. Shocked

I'd be surprised if Bayern "went for the jugular" straight from the kick off. 2 - 0 is a scoreline they can achieve by keeping possession of the ball and staying organized. Much will come down to how Porto play, but Bayern don't need to score three goals in the opening 45 minutes. I think their best chance is to play like Arsenal did away at AS Monaco. Bayern have the benefit of having scored a goal in Porto; if they can manage to score a goal without reply in the first hour or so, there's still plenty of time left for the second. The time to throw everything but the kitchen sink at Porto is in the last 10 minutes, not in the first 80.

As for Paris St. Germain, I'd really like to see how much they're willing to invest into this game first. I can see them simply not being bothered; they're never going to score three goals. (And if they did, I can't see it happening without Barcelona scoring five.)

Real Madrid scored there less than a month ago. Rayo Vallecano scored there 6 weeks ago. Malaga WON there less than two months ago. Villareal scored in games on the 1st and 11th of February. Atletico scored in a 3-1 defeat in January.

13 home games this year, 7 clean sheets. Apart from that, well spotted.

Hope you managed to trade something in play pug. I just let it go. Typical Barcelona, If you are waiting on them for a coupon they lose a late goal against somebody like Eibar, playing a half decent team and they keep a clean sheet. PSG had chances second half, just wasn`t to be.

Good shout stroodle.

PSG were absolutely hopeless tonight almost as bad as first leg in Paris.
I know we keep going on about him but Cavani is an absolute disgrace.

This has to be the worst stat ever.

Barca kept a clean sheet against Man City at home, and the previous match - in December - they conceded.
