everyone has a shelf life in TV, unfortunately women are judged on looks and age which is why Claire Tomlinson who was once the mail female face of Sky was moved on into later lesser watch slots and less air shifts in general, Natalie Sawyer will go the same way because she's approaching 40, main age group that watch Sky Sports News in 21-35, generally peaking the female presenters have started off were in their 20's, a younger presenter in that age group will probably replace her soon.

TV industry doesn't treat men the same way, it's bit like at weddings, nobody cares any less about what the Groom looks like, they all look the same, they are only interested in what the Bride is wearing. Jim White is there because he has good contacts within the industry and get interviews with guests quickly when a story breaks, as he often let's listeners know on his Talksport radio show, also has the Transfer Deadline Day and yellow tie thing going on that has become synonymous with SSN.

Sawyer is an excellent presenter. Very knowledgeable and excellent delivery.
She definitely needs to be out to grass, great pair of t1ts but she covers up more and more these days, not as fresh faced as she used to be and has gotten thicker around the waist, can't be presenting Peak time sports news into your 40's like that as it's prime time for men in their 20's to have a w@nk and they are the main audience, there's also MatterfaceGate, that image has been hard for her loyal fans to shift, Kirsty is 42 and has already been dropped from Sky's Augusta coverage, still clinging on to SSN because she's in amazing shape but for how much longer, Hayley McQueen also has a great rack but middle aged spread is starting to settle in, only a matter of time before they're all traded in for younger models. As said above, Claire threesome tomlinson went the same way, peak time to graveyard shifts once she fattened out and went grey. That's the way of Television for girls, past 40 and you're on the scrapheap. Most of SSN's viewers now see these three as cougars rather than potential mates, once that happens it's time for p45 to be issued.

It was from a Middlesbrough-based Mazda dealer promising a discount of pounds 1,000 on the car he wanted for "the young lady".
Suspicious Denise confronted Robson, 42, about the purchase.
But the Boro boss told her he was helping a colleague at the club buy a car for his daughter. Denise accepted his explanation but her suspicions simmered for over four months.
Then last month she caught her two-timing hubby in a hotel bedroom with his mistress.
Since then Robson has been hoping to save his 18-year marriage.
But those hopes crumbled last week after Denise saw newspaper pictures of her love rival standing beside the gleaming green car.
A close friend revealed: "Denise was already seething with rage over the affair but she went nuclear when she saw the picture.
"She couldn't bring herself to look at Clare but it was the car she was getting out of that made her blood boil."
The friend added: "Denise is now convinced he has blown family cash on a sports car for the other woman.
"He has assured her that he hasn't paid a penny and that he was only pulling a few strings to help her get a better deal. But she won't believe him.
"She knows he lied when she first confronted her about it and that he has been cheating on her for the past 18 months."
Robson had made inquiries with dealers Arundale Mazda - who sell cars to his club - after Sky presenter and former soccer PR girl Clare said she was keen to buy one.
She then travelled 300 miles from her North London home to clinch the bargain sale.
The friend added: "When Denise saw the fax, she confronted Bryan who told her it was for one of the blokes at Middlesbrough who wanted a car for his daughter and he was trying to find her a deal.
"Despite Bryan's cover-up Denise could do nothing, but deep down she knew something was going on.
"She just waited until she could get more proof."
Last night Arundale Mazda refused to discuss the car which could cost the ex-England star his marriage.
A spokesman said: "We did sell that car in autumn last year but it's confidential and we won't discuss any details.
"Let's just say we don't supply Middlesbrough officially. And I won't say who paid for the car." It was several weeks after the purchase when Denise finally stormed into Robson's room at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Leeds on January 16.
She grabbed a crutch which Clare was using after breaking her ankle and attacked the glamour girl as she crawled out from hiding under Robson's bed.
Robson - dad of daughters Claire, 17, Charlotte, 16, and son Ben, nine - met Clare after she became media relations manager for the Football Association.
They became lovers during the Euro 96 tournament when Robson was working with the England squad. They also spent time together in France during the World Cup. Until the fierce hotel confrontation, Robson's marriage appeared rock-solid.
But the friend added: "Denise has had enough.
"Bryan has lied, cheated, deceived and conned his whole family just so he could be with this girl.
