However my gambling has gone a little out of control so i've self excluded from all the bookmakers I can think of for 5 years.

The biggest hurdle is admitting it, then taking action. Well done for realising it, you've done absolutely the right thing to stop yourself. Don't give in to temptation, don't walk into a shop in the town and place a bet, get away and stay away. You'll be a winner that way

Nothing to stop you strolling into your local bookies and playing FOBT's though. Perhaps you should move to a country where gambling is banned. I hear Saudi Arabia is nice. |

Good luck. If the temptation gets too much, just pop back on the forum to see what gambling does the majority of people. Should set you back on the straight and narrow after reading some of the complete bollocks posted on here.
