He admitted the charge as he knew he'd overstepped the mark.  It wasn't violent but you can't push officials.  Not sure what you're complaining about OP.

Considering Wenger did worse and didn't even apologise its really unfair.   Wenger gets a one match ban and a small fine whereas pards is man enough not to contest it and apologises to not only the bloke concerned but also on tv and he gets a 2 match ban and bigger fine.
