I'm a bit concerned that I can't see the option to cash out if I need to cut my losses on the Norwich game. Any idea if there is an alternative way to do it?
Yep, there's usually an advantage to laying off rather than taking the cash out. Although, admittedly sometimes when you're in a losing position, cash out can be a bit more generous.

I would say 95% of the time manually laying off or backing against your original bet will be more profitable. Eg, if the cash out is offering you £5.20, you're most certainly gonna be able to get £5.30-5.60 by doing it manually. Doesn't seem a lot, but staking with £500 at a time it is.
