yeah I remember cheering for him during that 2007 run, and the year before when he beat John Higgins in one of the earlier rounds
mad thst during that 2007 final he was only about 21/22 years old
a clear hint of things to come given the ageing curve that exists in professional sports

yeah I'm not a snooker expert like that, i'm more of a casual. I wouldn't pick up technical changes. Selby doesn't look like he enjoys playing so much these days

Same old stuff with Joe Cullen. doesn't take advantage of his chances when the pressure is high
Chizzy never turns up against MVG, but MVG is giving him chances. It's a shame that there's nobody who can give MVG a game these days

and as a I post that, Wright misses D8 and D4, and Wade hits D20 to break and take the lead 3-2 at the 1st break

Peter Wright very, very solid level in general. is now 8-7 up at the 3rd break. still, anyone can win this
Peter Wright's level is just too consistent. very good scoring. 3 consecutive legs for Peter Wright as he goes 9-7 up
Wright went off thee boil, and Wade fights back to make it 9-9. now it's best of 3 for a place in the final

agree. if Peter Wright had a bigger set of bollocks he'd have beaten him about 11-8 there. but Wright doesn't have that killer instict
GSM was telling. Wade did a celebration and Peter Wright blanked him a bit when he tried to shake his hand, but he did eventually turn around and shake Wade's hand
yeah been much quieter tooday in Serie A. managed to avoid it luckily apart from 1 small bet on o2.5 in Udinese/Fiorentina in the final 5 mins
MVG 170 finish. what a machine. 7-3 at the 2nd break
