That was a perfect blueprint of how to beat Gary Anderson.  If they just had a nice friendly game at Andersons pace then Anderson would win. Brilliant stuff from the Welshman.

Anderson lost it when Gurney beat him in Grand Prix. Said Gurney was making noise as he was throwing. He cant seem to take it when he's getting beat.

Van Gerwen goes over the top at times but Anderson seems to accept that. Maybe Anderson thinks he should never lose to the underdog.

Just watched the final ,great to see Anderson losing it.Biggest moaner out there and for me he was the one out of order on the oche.Well done Gerwyn.

The only thing Gerwyn Price was 'guilty' of was his celebrating. Anderson initiated the contact in that incident.

Incredible rise to the top from the Welshman, I didn't think he had it in him, but threw some incredible darts. He's got some bottle.
A young guy in darts terms, if he keeps improving he could be dining at the top table for many years to come.

Price is just a decent dart player no more. Very very rarely averages 100+. Darts should be about beating a player by outscoring him or better finishing, not about intimidation. Price overstepped the mark and his interview afterwards showed what an absolute moron he is. Should have stuck to rugby where physical aggression and getting in someones face may be more appropriate. Let's hope someone with more class on stage wins when it really matters at Ally Pally.

Price a top 10 player but nothing more. The averages were crap last night, dragged down by Gerwyn's stupid antics

All very well saying wait for him to collect his darts but he is punching the air for 81s if the last dart a treble, its pathetic.

Anderson was also pathetic, just keep cool and beat him.

It's surprising how well Anderson has done considering his man child attitude, with a head doctor he could be nearly unbeatable.

if anyone thinks prices antics are good for darts,, they are crazy,, this stops people interest ,,  i for one will never watch another of prices matches.

Price is a complete and utter ****. His repeated and pathetic celebrations over sod all are only intended to put his opponent off. If every player used similar brinkmanship the games would take hours to finish and half the time end in a brawl.

That said Anderson has given everybody a blueprint to beat him following this and game v Gurney meltdown. Petulant and stupid on his behalf.

bring on the BDO. Quality may not always be as good but a knowledgeable and respectful crowd and good sportsmanship & humility amongst the players. PDC is just a circus at times.
