How do you know whos throwing first? Handicap bet

I know its doesn't technically matter because you have to win by two clear legs but it does if you have a handicap bet. Is there anyway you can find out whos throwing 1st before they get up on the ocke? Thanks in advance

You don't until it goes up on the scoreboard at the arena unless you get some inside info from who won the throw for bull out back.

I don't know why they don't do the throw for bull on stage anyway these days.
