Bets for tonight:

J Pipe v R Thornton
Justin Pipe to hit most 180s v Thornton 9/4 PP

Pipe won the floor event on Saturday, beat MVG in the final, and yesterday he bagged four 180s in each of his matches against Gilding & Foreman. Thornton missed last 2 weekends of floor events so he might be a bit rusty (though he is a player who can bang them in on form).

D Webster v A Gilding
Andrew Gilding to hit over 1.5 180s 6/4

Gilding hit 5 maxes in beating Mark Walsh 6-5 and hit 6 in losing 6-5 to Pipe on the floor yesterday. If he can transfer his floor form to stage then he should be bagging at least 2.

G Anderson v B Dolan
B Dolan to win 15/8 SJ
Dolan beat Gary 6-2 in floor final yesterday, should have no fear against him and got to like Dolan's record in GP, RU in 2011, semis in 2012 and only just edges by A Lewis in 1R last year.

Looks like being an all time low on here for a major darts tourney.
My bets are on for tonight. Rags, 180's markets, highest checkout markets, player checkout markets.

Looking forward to seeing two in form floor players do battle on the big stage in the opening match. Over 2.5 180's @ 11/13 for 13p is my first of many confident selections to get proceedings under way.

Good luck all.

Bring on the forum seethers & piss takers. Let the banter commence!

P.S. Guilding now @ 11/10? I backed Webster last week @ 11/10.

If this was a floor event i'd have it a coin toss.
Webster proven form on tv. Gilding still new to playing on tv.
Gilding hasn't played the double start format before (that includes local leagues).

Good luck Webster backers...I'm on the fence.
