Any strong fancies tonight? Small treble for me is Monk, Newton and Nicholson but will wait for the longer format to have a proper crack

Will the bird win a leg tonight?

Fitton does mess around on his dbls so wouldn't surprise me if she got a leg.

Bet for me tonight is Martin Phillips @ 6/4 spoils to beat Waites. Beat him last time they played in the BDO WC. Phillips averaged over 3.5pts better than him in first round games and Phillips is one of the in-form players in the competition.

Also had a small bet on Phillips 5-2 @ 9/1 Bfred

Watch how the bird retrieves her darts... she puts her hand up to the board ( doesn't look )inhales and the darts are in her hand .... its like magic

I was quite impressed with Nicho yesterday actually. Baxter is hot n cold but I never get him right so he will probably win 5-0 now

Stompe, Nicholson, Monk, Phillips all look value to me. I think the closer favs are definitely being priced up too short this week.

Problem is, if they don't win the throw your value has gone straightaway. But if they win it, you've got massive value.

Think it's his way of making an excuse for a couple of losses to be honest.

Says he has needed bins for reading for ages but gradually he felt his eyes getting worse on stage. Not sure if its mind games or if he is looking for excuses but if yesterday is the sign of things to come then he needs to get laser eye surgery pronto

sometimes certain results suit certain players cardiff if you can work it out what suits who in their last matchs it can be a bit of an edge punting wise.

itfc - seem to remember he was excellent in the Zuiderluin tournament not long before the Worlds. Lost to Chisnall at Lakeside, no disgrace. What's happened to him this year?

They seem to have taken a decision to no longer patronise the women and to call it how it is a bit more.

They really detract from the tournament though Lori. It's a great week or so of darts but could be even better without them. This game's got plenty of mileage in it though, fair play.

Shows how much of it is getting used to the situation and so on, I'm sure Bromberg isn't as toilet as she's been playing.
