Starts shortly in India.

First game England v New Zealand and same format as in 2019.

I think Pakistan might have gone under the radar here.

Very strong bowling attack, used to conditions and if batting goes well they must have a good chance . I am on at 8/1.

Aussies also always go well so backed them with a view to trade towards the end of the tourney and see how it goes.

India look a lay to me. Just walloped by the aussies, a number of injuries to key players and look an ageing team. I have layed them.

England are the puzzle. Could win it but defo got lucky last time. I have layed them.

New Zealand always fall short and maybe just not quiet good enough.

saffers serial bottlers and cant have them.

The rest could cause a few surprises along the way but cannot see a winner there.

Good luck whatever you go for and thoughts and views welcome.

All over Afghanistan in game 3 of the tournament at 2.14

Bangladesh not the team of old prime minister getting old players to come back

Afghanistan on the up good batters and bowlers and they have Rashid Khan best spinner in the world and can bat too!

First major bet of the tourney

Get on

Aussies beat Pakistan in warm up today, but i dont think we can take to much notice of that

Aussies even bowled warner who went for over 40 in two overs!!

Laugh

I also bet against Rotherham twice against top sides and they did not lose either!

So I cannot see past India or England. A benign pitch gives any big hitter a chance and Aus, NZ and even SA have one or two.

Much will depend on the semi final draw and how India will manipulate the pitches!

I am not sure I will want to bet on outcomes as much as run lines but have a feeling I might just want to enjoy the games and keep my money close. I just hope we see some exciting cricket and not just with the bat. I prefer tight low scoring games because every ball is edge of the seat stuff.

Well hopefully most games will be finished while playing in the Indian rainy season. I fancy a small wager on Heinrich Klaasen of SA as top run maker e/w...

I thought Henry bowled well tbf

The next two wickets were given away.

England run live hovering around 326 which I am not sure about. We shall see what happens with NZ part time bowlers.

Game in the balance for me. One more wicket and we shall see.
