Thats what they get when they play Rounders for 6 weeks in the middle of the season
see there's 1 day of international cricket in august next year to make way for the ecb's mickey mouse joke competition. it's a total disgrace
Game over in just over 4 sessions.
How on earth do they expect Groundsmen to prepare good wickets at this time of year?
The soil has cooled and will not dry out. Grass growth is slow and there is a heavy dew every night.
It is the same when they start in April.
No wonder there is a derth of spin bowlers and good opening batsmem.
All for the sake of a 10 bob jamboree no one in their right mind should be interested in.
