Bet placed for several hundreds at 4 in the morning but can't find email / Company address anywhere to escalate this - can anyone help? (Gone through online chat but not convinced)

do you have two step authentication - a code you have to put in after your password?
Go to https://myaccount.betfair.com/accountdetails/mysecurity?showAPI=1 Look at the login IP addresses and times. Take a screenprint of them. |

Latest weird error I've been getting was on the final day of the Eng/Windies 3rd Test.
I'd place a bet and find that my reds and greens altered by vastly more than the matching of the bet would have caused, eg a "10 bet would increase the red on the other team by £50 and my green on the bet team by several hundred more than expected, as if a £50 bet had been placed. Logging out and back in would sometimes reveal my true position, or deleting all the BF cookies and then logging back in but the only real tell-tale sign was my account balance figure not changing in a corresponding way. What was really concerning was that when I opened BF in FireFox, the recommended browser, it was Chrome that turned out to have the correct figures in that particular moment whilst Firefox showed the erroneous ones, both browsers displaying different figures simultaneously. Very disturbing. I'm not even going to both having a clabby discussion with a retard on the HinderDesk who won't grasp what I'm on about even if I explain it four or five times - this one has to be escalated. |
