it would have been a 2 hour dre for those players and they could have played sunday, even sri lanka changed venue for a one day match against pakistan cause a rain it can be done

It just shows how little faith people have in the accuracy of the met office's forecasts when despite them saying there will be non-stop rain in Bristol for 22 hours from 11pm Sunday and especially heavy rain from 7am-7pm Monday, the price on it being dry enough to have a result in this match is only 7/2.

WCE, we may get some play but 3 hours looks remote. Slim possibility of 20 overs early, then 20 late. Most likely pitch is waterlogged and the umps call it off around 3. |

Clearance seems to moving quite quickly up the Bristol Channel, so whislt still very poorly, I'm not sure this one is completely dead just yet.
