1.35 on CMM this morning was just insane Crazy. 1.8 now is still way too short. Seeing the radar "No" should be max 1.5 imo.

Exactly...

According to the blob it should be raining where I live, it isn't.

Original forecast was for most of this sliding past the west of London. Still looks to be heading directly South East rather than South.

Could start to break up before London but no sign of that yet.

It's bang on course for London, no doubt, that doesn't necessarily mean it will rain at the Oval - but there's no way I would be backing completed match looking at the radar,

that said, there's still four hours before kickoff, could have passed by, by then, and according to the map it's not really really heavy rain.

If they call it as two 5-10 over Innings then they could get a result but with a sell-out crowd can't see an early call on that. Met office just updated their 7pm and 8pm London radars too.

3pm RT radar update up too.

i imagine they will trade at 1.2 - 1.3 during the match at some point.  both teams usually do in 2020.

Would have been a great start for D/L

i don't understand why they don't cover the entire ground.  then just suck the water up and get going again, no outfield to dry.

would only take a few more sheets.

How? They've just had 2 balls. If they were 10 overs in then that's a different story.

Loss of an early wicket & If England only bat 5 overs, NZ looking good for D/L.

If they only have enough time for 5 overs a side will England only have two more wickets left.

pretty sure they have 9 wickets left

I thought you could only lose 3 wickets if its 5 overs a side.
