that's not entirely true or fair.
it takes time to adjust to different conditions; we're just as bad facing spin on the sub continent, although maybe not as bad as the current australia side. you often get more appropriate play later on long series when the batsmen have had time to adjust, but it's an incredible skill to be able to adjust to conditions immediately. |
