Here we go again folks.

Third test is at Roseau:

http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/15.304193,-61.384225

Weather not looking overly brilliant but I'd be incredibly tempted to consider laying the draw already at 3.4.

We know what these teams can do!

Current odds - AUS 1.87, WI 5.9, Draw 3.35

windies to fck up again with tail ?

Not that it matters, looks too many now
Report Jack Pot April 26, 2012 3:21 PM BST
Doesn't help when they get them out but find it given not out!! You're right though, damage was done in the 1st innongs
Report cnman April 26, 2012 3:28 PM BST
If Aus add 17 more runs then Windies would have to chase the 8th highest total ever in test cricket. The fact that they're 12/1 here is insulting, as I said yesterday this clown outfit should be 100/1
Report cnman April 26, 2012 3:49 PM BST
7/1 now! wtf is this, they need 358 to win at least ffs
Report STEPTOES YARD April 26, 2012 3:50 PM BST
windies 7s to make at least 360 ?

double figures for me
Report Mariner Paul April 26, 2012 3:51 PM BST
Whoever is backing WI here is seriously drunk!
Report STEPTOES YARD April 26, 2012 3:59 PM BST
someone got 4 on 250 runs after that out decision at 248-9

nice for someone
Report Payal April 26, 2012 4:01 PM BST
nigel you got it right about windies coming in...did you manage to back them at the 15s??
Report STEPTOES YARD April 26, 2012 4:24 PM BST
370 to win
Report STEPTOES YARD April 26, 2012 4:39 PM BST
Got to be a case for shiv coming in 3, 4 at lowest if wi make reasonable start and see of new ball

say 50-1
Report Mariner Paul April 26, 2012 4:44 PM BST
Great catch!
Report uncle nasty April 26, 2012 4:47 PM BST
can anyone tell me, what it the point of banging drums and blowing trumpets all day. is it a show of low intelligence?

also what is the point of the windies openers?
Report MadDogs April 26, 2012 5:18 PM BST
bet you get invited to loads of parties

West Indies' opening partnerships in home Tests this decade: 21 partnerships, average 12.2.
Report STEPTOES YARD April 26, 2012 5:45 PM BST
aussies gone 1.09 to 1.13 over lunch for no reason whatsoever

looks blooy tough outthere

be lucky to get 200 here
Report uncle nasty April 26, 2012 6:12 PM BST
12.2 as high as that.

now they're screaming, oh what fun.
Report STEPTOES YARD April 26, 2012 6:14 PM BST
matter of time to lyon this for me
Report Mariner Paul April 26, 2012 6:15 PM BST
Out!!
Report RockMonkey April 26, 2012 6:17 PM BST
wot a phuqqing w@nker-htf can he give that out?
Report Jack Pot April 26, 2012 6:19 PM BST
That's an awful, awful decision. It didn't even look out in real time! That's probably a worse all than hussey's not out yesterday.

The umpires have been all Australia all series.
Report berto77 April 26, 2012 6:19 PM BST
Very unlucky to be given for that.
Report dougydougy. April 26, 2012 6:22 PM BST
Absolutely incredible the decsions aus have got this series, the one plus is that the market will continue to over rate them on the back of their "stunning" performance in the windies. They are nothing more than an average test side at best right now.
Report Jack Pot April 26, 2012 6:26 PM BST
On balance they have been the better side and 2-0 is probably about the right result. Doesn't change how one sided the umps have been though!
Report STEPTOES YARD April 26, 2012 6:30 PM BST
Think they are better than average, probably on a par with pakistan in 3rd

good bowling attack and options now, batting has issues no doubt but in Clarke and Hussey have two of best batsman around

big issues in other batting slots though and wade still to prove himself

record since ashes is very good barring slip up in hobart
Report STEPTOES YARD April 26, 2012 6:33 PM BST
issues they have is keeping seamers fit - cummins, pattinson, harris, hilf all injury issues

and replacing hussey and ponting in middle order

lyon done ok for me
Report dougydougy. April 26, 2012 7:12 PM BST
Not convinced by the bowling myself steps. hilf a trundler, pattinson looked all at sea away from home, siddle honest tryer but not gona blow you away, Cummins looks a prospect and harris certainly got some class, but both have Injury issues like you say. Lyon and beer not in the same league as Monty or Beer and as for their batting other than Hussey and Clarke they look shot to pieces. I'm still convinced if Windies had got the calls the aussies got in this series they would have won the 1st test and people would see the shambles of an outfit that this aussie side is.
Report dougydougy. April 26, 2012 7:14 PM BST
Monty or Swann*
Report STEPTOES YARD April 26, 2012 7:16 PM BST
Watson decent with bat - ok dont make enough tons but pretty consistent and useful bowler too

overall see more issues with batting than bowling, still 120-4,150-5 far too much

Other thing in favour is clarke as skipper, been really positive and seems to be quite a tight unit now

Still work to do to get upto england/saffer level for them though
Report cricketfan April 26, 2012 7:18 PM BST
Clarke is a lucky captain.... every bowling change seems to bring a wicket.
Report Payal April 26, 2012 7:20 PM BST
Game within a game..I see a decent fight by Chanders and Bravo here...may be a partnership of 70-100 odd.
Report STEPTOES YARD April 26, 2012 7:37 PM BST
good fightback this

playing shots at right times
Report Cardinal Scott April 26, 2012 7:44 PM BST
I have BIG Green on this Test Match, trouble is its on the draw, on the other hand I now have No Red after the Window of opportunity that Oz being layable at 1.05 not long ago gave me ExcitedGrin
Report screaming from beneaththewaves April 26, 2012 8:29 PM BST
Going to the Caribbean and, after some scares, leading 1-0 against a side featuring stars like Chris Gayle and Sunil Narine, as well as solid all-rounders like Dwayne Bravo and Marlon Samuels ... that would be creditable.

But that's not what Aus have done.
Report STEPTOES YARD April 26, 2012 8:38 PM BST
good call on these two payal

79 and counting
Report Payal April 26, 2012 9:06 PM BST

Report Sudoku_Junior April 26, 2012 9:29 PM BST

Report Master Mind April 26, 2012 9:32 PM BST

Report STEPTOES YARD April 26, 2012 10:03 PM BST
so typical windies
Report cnman April 26, 2012 10:05 PM BST
can't blame them really, this would've been the 6th highest chase ever in test history and Bravo/Chanderpaul aside this is a terrible batting line up. they've done as well as they could do

1.7 for England looking very big against these. The only worry is the weather.
Report Dado7029 April 27, 2012 3:50 PM BST
West Indies seriously need to think about there reputation after this series playing players just because they are young and hope that the experience will make them better is just terrible tactics bring in some people you can rely on What ever happened to Nash?
Report STEPTOES YARD April 27, 2012 3:50 PM BST
yep weather the key

drains well though at lords so lost time to rain often reduced
Report Dado7029 April 27, 2012 3:51 PM BST

Report Dado7029 April 27, 2012 3:53 PM BST
Commentating on cricinfo, Deonarine falls the last of the specialist batsmen what is Baugh supposed to be??? He isn't a good Wicket Keeper and he is an awful batsmen
Report STEPTOES YARD April 27, 2012 3:55 PM BST
I think hes a good wicketkeeper myself

needs to improve batting though
Report Mariner Paul April 27, 2012 3:59 PM BST

Report cnman April 27, 2012 4:01 PM BST
to be honest i'm tempted to just have a huge lay of west indies v england at 6/1 for the first test. not a fan of doing that in general but this side is so so bad, only two players average over 30 with the bat
Report asian_runlines April 27, 2012 4:03 PM BST
