TAKE A BOW BEEJ. GOOD TRADING OPPORTUNITIES AND APPROPRIATE TOP-UPS ADVISED FOR THE ENG V S.A 2ND TEST.
I PERSONALLY NEVER FOLLOW OTHER PEOPLES TIPS BUT WISH I HAD ON THIS OCCASION LOL. NEVER MIND, HOPEFULLY SOME PEOPLE DID. WELL DONE |
By:
Yeah good work from the big fella on this test. Joe's analysis of the games in the champions trophy in India was top rate and his pitch information invaluable. Well done for keeping it going.

Joe
were England one of your priceform tips? |
By:
TraderPj... these were my suggested series bets in my article ;)
South are priced up as short odds on favourites for the series. I believe the value lies in laying them, and laying them with confidence. A drawn series cannot be ruled out, but I feel it will be England that will prevail and therefore my suggested bets for this series are: In The Series Outright Market: LAY South Africa for 5 points liability @ 1.74 at** BACK England for 2 points @ 4.1 at** In The Series Correct Score Market: BACK England to win 2-0 for 1 point @ 23.0 at Betfair BACK England to win 1-0 for 1 point @ 26.0 at Totesport BACK 1-1 draw for 1 point @ 8.0 at Ladbrokes sportsbook and Totesport Join me and watch England rise further from the Ashes Bigjoe |

Good work!!!
who vaildates the odds on your reccommendations (since long run this is crucial) in calculating ROI. Not accusing, just curious. Happy new year mate! |

All odds at the site are proofed to The Racing Post and Bettingadvice

Cheers PJ, as indicated, the odds are proofed in professional manner :D
Hopefully those subscriber that followed my tips in this series ar now nicely all green in both the outright and correct score markets :D But to add balance, my tips on aussie/pakistan series are not looking too clever . yet ;) But i am extremely confident that Pakistan will bounce back at sydney and get that series back on track for me too ;) Good Luck :) |
By:
are they taking commisiion off exchange odds?
|
By:
no funda... commision on exchanges is not included so i accept the ROI in slightly exaggrated for those that bet on exchanges :)
|
By:
Pakistan will go down fighting. fact
|
By:
what .. so basically its an exaggerated ROI .. :) .. HTEHB ?:|
|
By:
It is not Joe's decision not to include commission but mine. What rate would you suggest? In the past I was at 2%, others are more likely to be nearer 5%. When there is such a variable the only standard that does not change is the gross profit.
It is all about value at the end of the day. The price given by Joe and the other writers represents the value point in the market as it stands when the article has been published. |
By:
personally think you should deduct 5% as that is the rate the majority of followers are likely to be on, but wouldnt think using a middle of the road figure say 3.5% would cause an issue. Using no commission clearly distorts the figures imo and provides a completely false ROI for someone where mos of there bets are on the exchanges. You are ultimately settling the tips at a price that is not achievable
|
By:
That is a fair point and it is something we review on a regular basis. However the price is always accurate and available, it is the net profit that is under discussion.
|
By:
i dont doubt the gross price is available, but im pretty sure that any tipster should be judged on his profit and ROI based on a net profit not a gross profit figure as ultimately that is the "real world" profit that a punter can achieve.
be far worse anyway when you have to start knocking 22.5% off the big fellas profit ;) |
By:
Jpe. I backed Pakistan @ 6.2 last night! I can honestly say your "Pakistan will ight back" comments helped! cheers mate
|
By:
great work TradrpJ...i was lucky enough to get on at 7.2 ....and have got rid of my aussie red by laying some off at 1.84 :)
I also topped up my green on draw at 9.8 ..i believe pakistan will get 200+ lead and draw will be the main opposition to the pakistan price at close of play tomorrow :) Good Luck :) |
