dilshan is not playng tmrw game thts for sure
|
By:
If RAINGOD says Dilshan is out of tomorrow's game, I'm backing him to be Sri Lanka's top runscorer :^0
I've only seen one weather forecast for tomorrow and it's good. Are we thinking that the weather will be fine? I'm looking forward to our last Twenty20 game for sometime... Also, Mohali was plagued by fog this time last year when England played the second Test there. I know the fog was early in the day rather than in the evening, but I do worry :( |
By:
Fog will not be the problem, Max, it will be dew
|
By:
So you win the toss, bowl and win the game eh? Just like India did on Wednesday...
:^0 |
By:
Time for India to sort themselves out and get a win here. Hopefully.
|
By:

Both teams recent record is poor going into this one , with both India and Sri Lanka losing 4 out of the last 5 International 20-20 's .....
Big toss to win ... Both captains would want to bat first and put runs on the board , gonna be tough to chase under lights with the dew factor ...also gets pretty cold at night up there at this time of year , temps expected to drop to below 10 degrees C ... indeed , according to this story in the Sporting Life , Gambhir will be out due to Swine Flu http://www.sportinglife.com/story_get.cgi?STORY_NAME=cricket/09/12/12/CRICKET_India_Gambhir.html GL with ur bets everyone :) |
By:

The dew could have a major role to play........it looks like a bat-first-and-win match

By:

To fundamentalist....apologies if I miss-led you over Gambhir not playing.
I read an agency report this morning which said he wasn't. Here it is.. MOHALI, India _ India pace bowler Shanthakumaran Sreesanth had recovered from swine flu, but opening batsman Gautam Gambhir and two team officials had complained of symptoms and been quarantined on Saturday, a state health official said. Sreesanth, who tested positive for the H1N1 virus on Friday, and Gambhir will miss Saturday's second and final Twenty20 international against Sri Lanka. Sreesanth was admitted to hospital on Thursday night with symptoms of swine flu. Gambhir and video analyst Dhananjay (who uses one name), were quarantined in their hotel rooms and provided samples for testing after they complained of high fever and cold symptoms, said G.C. Bansal, the health official. Team manager Mayank Parekh was hospitalized with similar symptoms, though swine flu was not yet confirmed, said A.R. Banerjee, a top official of the Fortis hospital. +Sreesanth was likely to be discharged from hospital after two, three days,; said Deepak Bhatia, another heath official. Sreesanth was recalled to the squad for this month's Twenty20 and limited-overs internationals against Sri Lanka, following his impressive return to the test team in the just-completed series. |

very big lix, brush up on their fielding and they weren't far away last match
|
By:
hey Lix .... I agree , sure SL won the toss , India have every motivation to win this one , 1.9 and above good starting position imho
|
By:
pmsl so which is it? bat 1st wins, or bat 2nd because of the dew? :^0
|
By:
damn right. no idea why they are 1.9+ here .
|
By:
i have a funny feeling about Sri Lanka, Indian bowlers just dont look good enough...
If Jaya and Dilshan get going, it could be another long night for the Indians.. |
By:
dropped catches let the lankans off the hook last time out,but for that they'd have probably lost
|
