outsiders - sorry but yer fed looks defunct - have you upset the bf police?

Shall we use this one?

Webcams showing lovely early morning sunshine, lumpy's smashing the draw at 1.57, wicket could be jucy first up if it's had a good sweat.

Forecasts for the rest of the week are mixed in their opinions, so it depends on who you believe. Draw anyone? Well, err, the deck is fine for batting but these 2 sides are prone to hillarious sessions of utter garb :D

Draw to crash if Pak make the follow on target? Doubt they'd enforce anyway but we'll see.

havent seen any of it but happy(ish) with my draw back after day 2. Pity is with 2 weakish batting line ups either nz could collapse and set a target or pakistan could be bowled out cheaply on day 5. the weather forecast isnt too bad. Think I'll set a little order for a draw lay at around 1.38 and hope for some morning resistance while i am tucked up in bed.
Report Ernesto November 26, 2009 8:39 AM GMT
I think I'm rusty with test betting. Laid at 1.4-1.46 with the idea of trading at over 2.2 ish in the event of wickets. Went to bed without setting up the back. :(

The forecast looks to have improved on Sat though just don't know how trusted the kiwis bowlers can be to bowl Pakistan out. Would rather see a NZ collapso tomorrow. Good match though.

From Ian O'Briens blog

Clever
Must say I was impressed with your tactical bowling today and team ethos. The over you bowled to Umar, ball after ball short and wide outside off-stump at a moderate pace, to ensure he repeatedly smashed you to (and over) the boundary in order to bring up his maiden century as quickly as possible was superb. Knowing full well that this would break Kamran's concentration and he would play a rash shot (first ball of Vettori's next over) was a master-stroke. That was obviously the key partnership to break and you certainly played your part. Probably your most telling contribution of the day. Keep up the good work! Just brilliant. :D

What do you think of your bowling today?
Gee, that was a bit petulant. Perhaps the way you were portrayed in the Hutt News wasn't so far off after all. So not being a professional cricketer or someone who fawns over you makes one a schmuck? Got something against cleaners? Had a sense of humour bypass? I'm a teacher myself, not that it matters.

You shouldn't be smiling after that bowling performance today. You're right, you're very lucky to live the life of an international cricketer.

and from today

Ifm done, Ifm pretty well knackered. And to be fair to my team mates Ifm going to have to do this write up tomorrow.

We didnft get off the park until 7.40pm, back to the hotel for 8.30; straight to see the massage therapist and then out for some food. Ifve just got back and itfs 10.40pm. I have to sleep. Sorry.

It was a tough day, a whole lot of good and one bit of bad; and that bit of bad lasted a little too long for our liking!

Ifll do a whole run through tomorrow night and cover off my batting (13*) and my bowling (the two halves of it), and also a great come back by one great bowler!
Report Monty's Wonderbra November 26, 2009 11:13 AM GMT
