You just hit on the root of the problem. For test matches they are so long weather is something that can be factored in. In 20/20 it has such a devastating and rapid impact it should void the match for betting purposes IMO.

Game should be officially called OFF.
They (saffers) had the chance and did not take it, move along. Not at all fair if they return for say one over.

think Eng took the lead as the Saffers lost the plot to be fair....anyway you shouldn't bet on it judging by your posts about how much you dislike the nature of the betting over the period I've seen you post.

dont really think a win should have been awarded at this point, it seems pretty harsh, SA were still pretty well placed and it could have gone either way really, just furthers my belief that D&L doesn't work with T20, or 50 overs for that matter.

Lucky big win here, feel for the SA backers, been there many a time. Those SA bats need to be given a basic lesson in arithmetic. 6 off that last over is just plain silly.
Saffers would have won in a canter - plenty of batting to come - Eng backers got lucky today - it continues their dream start to the Tour,but imv class wil lsoon assert itself and they wont get lucky much more often on this tour.
Had any of Saj Mahmood's No Balls been called correctly SA would have won on Duckworth/Lewis.
