Reduced bank opening hours

Just got a text from Bank of Scotland saying, "Coronavirus update - Where possible our branches are open Mon - Fri 10am - 2pm for essential services. For details … etc"

Anyone else's bank cutting hours?

Same for Nationwide who's also announced no overdraft fee as from 20th April to 1st July.
