been doing a 36 hour water fast once a week for past 3 weeks and i feel great. Anyone else tried it?

I could avoid it in all forms for 36 hours, no prob.

Have done 5/2 but CBA any more.

Not keen on the idea myself  Think it is a sure way to get stomach ulcers but if it works for you fine
